@Mystericalme You can buy poles that don't spin. I recommend xpole poles because it can be both spinny and non spinny.

OMG, I would have to say that everything you've posted is so elegant and graceful. I'm new to pole dancing, only been doing it since March 2011 & I'm totally hooked. You remind me of my pole instructor @ PoleLaTeaz in TX, (Erica) she's also as graceful as a swan. I've been looking into purchasing my own pole & would like to know what you would suggest? I'm in level 2 class, no inverts yet but hope to very soon. Any suggestions would be great & I'll continue to watch & practice with you :-)

included the hip circles done in the pole slide position ( 1:04 ) and the subsequent slide with the knees up in the crunch. Your students are AWESOME. The poler at front right, blue top..LOVED your nice transition to the chair spin at 1:57 . To the poler in the red top, right rear pole, such a BEAUTIFUL gemini at 2:35 ! And to the very lovely young lady in the back, a really nice layback move at 2:24 ! Lots of talent in that studio...and an acomplished and dedicated coach!

Wow, Dirdy...how is it possible that you have assembled so much beauty and talent in the same room. Please compliment your students on their hard work. I really enjoyed the group choreo, the sync was very good throughout and I liked the touches, such as the hair whipping and body rolls tied to the Bass Drum beat. And those stiletto boot you were wearing ended up being quite a distraction from taking notes on the technicals. I had to rewind and watch it all over again! Some of my favorite moves
