  • Hello its me (Terra) diva`s owner she has been doing so well!Today I free jumped her over 4.6ft jump after lunging her! My trainer keeps telling that she can be in grand prix (6ft jumping)or gamblers choice and now I belive it she jumped it with perfection and ease! After that I jump a coarse of 3ft she was PERFECT! I love her so so much and we are doing so well this fall we are going to fall festival and squaro classic and may some "a" rated open jumping shows!

  • your very lucky to have her!

  • your very lucky to have her!

  • ur horse is amazing whenever i free jumping my arabian she'll just go around the jump which sucks :(

  • Beautiful horse :):)

  • what a cutie...she reminds me alot of my Arab gelding :-)

  • she is sooo gergous and an awsome jumper. my horse cant jump as high or anywhere near as nicely as that girl. pity youve already sold her, id love to see more vids of her.

  • Gorgeous horse. (:

I am in love with her flicky tail. x

  • You have a very nice gray horse too! Diva's new owner, Terra, got 3 Championships at her very first big show at Westworld in Scottsdale. Yeah Terra!!!!!

  • Thank-you.

    Wow, thats amazing.

You can see from the video that she has amazing potential . X

  • il speed a mort !

mais il est très très beau !

  • I'm not a jumper and I didn't measure the jumps when we did this exercise but someone told me 3 feet 9 inches, could be higher? Yes, that girl can jump!

  • damn,

    its so graceful (:

  • wow that horse can move

  • Hrm, whats wrong with Halter Arabians? What bad wrap? I've been showing Quarter Horses and Arabs all my life in halter and specifically for halter. I don't see it being any different than riding or hacking them, except that we work to perfect their conformation while you strive for saddle excellence. Both diciplines require a serious amount of effort.

  • I agree that both diciplines require a serious amount of effort and IF you are showing a horse in halter and as time goes by under saddle for performance, then that is the ultimate compliment of what you're doing. I've been raising arabians and trakehner crosses. What I've seen in the last 20+years in the Arabian world is that "some breeders" show only halter, and the horse never is put under saddle or does anything performance wise and is elevated to be the "perfect" arabian for breeding.

  • wow! that horse has a lot of energy!

  • welll thats horses for you! lol

  • she so beautiful!

  • Shes obviously really enjoying that! Whoever bought her I hope they continue to jump her as I think there are too many Arabs out there who are only used for halter.

  • I agree with you. I HATE those halter horses. They are the ones who give Arabians a bad name. Yes, Diva went to a young girl who is jumping her. Her Trainer told me she is doing great. I bred Diva and I miss her.

  • Hey! I used to have an arad named Diva!

  • she has a very big jump, well, over jump, i hope if she does SJ the rider will be able to correct it

  • Considering this is the first time she had ever jumped over an obstacle or even seen a jump, it's only natural. She's well balanced and intelligent. It's the riders responsibility to teach her the proper approach to the jump.

  • woah dont bite my head off :) if this is her first time, shes very talented

  • Reminds me of my arabian mare jumping..o.O only..she dont like to and just gallops off, she,as well thinks shes 'tough stuff' and shows it off, this mare is GORGEOUS and im sorry she was sold

  • she is a beautiful horse! she seemed very excited when she jumped!

  • wow thats a beautiful arab, i used to own one similar to her.

  • she is very into her work. not many horses get so excited over jumping. that tail just keeps goin up. is she arab? she looks about 3 years or so in this vid. Very nice mover, once she ges a hang of jumping more, try to get her to round her back, it will make it easier for her stretch over higher jumps, allow her to jump higher, be smoother, and overall jump better. she looks great tho :) luv her.

  • DIVA is a purebred arabian (I bred her) and yes, loves to jump. She was about 6 years old in this video. When I owned her I had jumps set up in the arena and I would see her out there just playing and jumping the jumps all by herself! She would go around and try to get the other horses to follow her, sometimes they would. She just LOVES to jump. Thanks for your comment.

  • she's proud of herself -- she should be, shes fantastic! i loved it and shes fast too gorgeous

  • She didn't seem to get tired and probably would have jumped all day until she dropped. Yes, she loved it and celebrated her success. I named her DIVA for a reason. She's always thought she was tough stuff and strutted it. I miss her since she was sold.

  • so adorable

the horse is like lets keep running! lol

  • She is fast O_o!!

  • She looks like she's having loads of fun!

  • Wow, looks like someone was feeling her oats that day! =P

She's really cute, I like her.

  • holy crazoly it doesnt even look real.... so beautiful !!!

  • She's one word, BEAUTIFUL!!

  • I love how excited she gets after it

  • she is so pretty, i dont think the owner made her go that fast, i think she did...

  • You are right. I bred and raised her and we didn't make her go fast. Diva loves jumping. This was her very first try, no cavaliti first, not seen a jump before, never seen a horse go over a jump, no experience at all. Every time we raised the jumps she got more and more excited. Her quiet way of going back to the entrance of the jump chute shows she wasn't forced to jump. Thanks for your comment.

  • What an elegant little mare!! I love watching her figure out what she needs to do through the combo. Nice video

  • I hate to be the downer, honestly, i do, but letting a horse run as fast as they can through the jumps teaches them to run the jumps all the time

    loads of spirit though

  • Well, I guess she IS different but I can understand your point of view. After she figured out that she didn't have to run through the jumps she slowed herself down (getting more tired too) and then just popped over them having a great time. You can see how quietly she came back. After seeing she liked to jump she wasn't pushed. The entire video is too long to post on YouTube.Remember this is the first time she had seen a jump EVER!!!!!! Thanks for your comment.

  • We have HTF Desert Vanity. What is her full name if this isn't it? Is she from the Silver Vanity line? Looks like it. NICE mare.

  • Her full name is Desert Vanity and yes, she is from the Silver Vanity line. Her sire is Magic Domino. Thanks for your comment.

  • very fast arab nice!

  • wow she jumps them well! beautiFUL! she tucks her legs very well!

  • lol swhe has to skid to a stop in the end so she dosent run into the fence lol.

  • shes gorgeous!

  • i have a pony thats part abab, they are all so buetiful, but they exited about the whole thing dont they. But there sooo caring i love them. Its as if they float over the ground.

  • WHOA looks like someone haveing FUN!!

  • this tweeks my intrest, I breed jumping Arabians and u have a fine line

  • Thank you for the compliment. This mare's half brother got many First's at the dressage show this weekend, scores at 70% at Training Level. My horses are bred for both.

  • WOOT WOOT!

    GO TERRA!

    LOVE YOU!

    Liisa Farris

  • I Have An Arabian And She Is Terrible To Jumpp :O ..

  • how old is she? my (one of) arabian didn't get really good at jumping untill she truned 7 this year.

  • She was about 6 or 7 when we did this. I dont' start riding/working my horses until they are 5 or 6, lots of ground work prior to that.

  • very very very nice horse. if i sent my horse over free jumps, he wouldnt jump them

  • wow..that arab really loves jumping lol:)

i love how he gallops over them and bolts off after it lol but comes carmly back to the top lol:):)

  • That horse would make a great jumper!

  • she's going verry fast! =p

  • i love the slo-mos thats soooo coolio

  • When they're going this fast, you really need to use a slow motion camera to see just how athletic a horse really is. On some still shots I can't believe my eyes, their joints flex in positions unbelievable!

  • my sister so wants that horse! she loves arabs now (partly cuz of my horse but mostly cuz shes seen these vidoes) she is soo beautiful.

  • really nice horse

  • Beautiful horse! I don't like arabian horses butDesert Vanity is very pretty!!! Beutiful, fast, jump... :)

  • Nice to get a compliment from Poland! Poland has some very nice arabian horses, many are racehorses here, are larger and are very strong. Diva has some polish arabian in her pedigree. Thanks.

  • It is wonderful to see another *Magic Domino+++// baby looking so good. The arabian sporthorse nationals were good to him and his get.We have fields of his daughters, pure breed and half breeds that need to be in a great show family. We have some of the best h/j and dressage mares crossed with him and thier babies. We have held on to them till now and they are ready to win...Again great video of a great mare.congradulation to new owners.

  • Wow how much is the daughter for? We have been thinking about buying a horse for me for some time now.

  • The last round was an amazing oxer. And I am from Chandler Arizona and just competed in my second horse show in scottsdale

  • That's great that you're jumping. Did you compete in an all arabian show or Open show? This mare's daughter is even more athletic. She is for sale, 5 years old and very flashy.

  • my arab is great at jumping and she is 14! (not to mention i think shes only about 14.something hh and i dont think shes even big enough to be called a horse) anyways the opther day was her no-being-ridden day so i took her for a walk down the bush paddock and when we went near some logs she pulled the leadrope out of my hand, and galloped around, jumping logs, then came back and stood near me, waiting to continue on our relaxing walk

  • I want it :(

  • I have an arab she does everything

  • She's so beautiful. Truly amazing. She looks like a wild mustang =)

  • bless looks like she having fun!

  • From the UK? Always glad to get comments from other countries. It's so green in your photos, unlike Arizona, USA. Thanks.

  • i have an arabian gelding that i event that looks like her.. is she for sale?

  • No, she isn't for sale, I already sold her to Terra, but her daughter is for sale. Her daughter looks just like her and can also jump. People don't think arabians can event. This mares brother has evented and did well. He is also for sale, currently in full time dressage training.

  • well i must say whoever thinks arabs cant event or jump are dead wrong.

  • I don't know why so many people think that arabians can't do anything but look pretty. All my arabians jump...my videos on Youtube are my horses first attempts and they all jumped well. Thanks for your comment...you are right!

  • YEE HAW! have fun terra

  • wow, your arabs look like they may need to learn to free jump. They shouldnt be running in a 100mile an hour, its like watching them in fastforward.

  • This is the first time they had seen a jump, what do you expect! They learn by doing, you can see them learning every time they go through. My horses aren't lazy and love to jump...you can see that.

  • wot a beauty!

  • shes jumping so bad !! arabians cant jumping!!

  • You are an idiot.

HELLO, this was her first time jumping. EVER.

You can see her getting better and better, and as for Arabians not being able to jump.. got to daydreamarabians and look up Showgun

Arabians can do anything any other breed can do, do it better, and look prettier doing it.

    Your envy is showing.

Oh, and stay away from babblefish, and learn to write english properly.

  • they also said quater horses couldnt jump! my friend won the A grade nationals on her pure bread american QH!!! its all in the horse not the breed!

  • You are so right and smart too. Thanks.

  • I think it just goes to show the Arabian intellegence, and willingness, and trust.

This her first time and you can see her learning to jump, learning to time her pacing, and where the sweet spot is for her next jump.

    I loved it.

I hope you work her Terra, she is a good horse, and shows they are much more than pretty lawn ornaments.

  • You are so right! She is trying hard to figure it out and trusts I won't put her into an impossible situation. When she would run off at the end she would shake her head, turn around and look straight at me as if to say "was that good?" "Is that what you want?" Kinda funny. They are sooooo smart!

  • It looked like she was saying, WHOOO that was FUN!! can I do it again??!!! to me, lol.

There is no other breed for me, and never will be.

They are a passion and an obsession.

  • Thanks for your comments! I agree she was having fun. You can see her personality and her mind working. My Arabians even played polo, not as fast as some fast thoroughbreds but made up for that with their endurance and by being so handy and agile. I've found that those who critize haven't had any experiences with Arabians, just things their trainers told them.

  • Arabians aren't for everyone - just us lucky few! And they CAN do everything - gracefully! The sour faces you usually see on people who don't live with one? ENVY! And yes - they are a passion and an obsession - when Allah wanted man to fly without wings, he gave him the Arabian horse! The poems that has been written about him, only confirms all that he is. He lives in the core of your heart, is wonderful, he is in other words - the Arabian Horse

  • You said it absolutely Perfectly! I love all breeds of horses and have owned most of them at one time or another, but the Arabian is different, engaging each of us with a deep spiritual connection and partnership... to us lucky few! Thank you for your beautiful words!

  • Like you, I love all horses - but the Arabian has my heart and soul. You don't have to thank me, thank your lucky star that allows you to live with your Arabian horse - I do - and love him with a passion - he is a very, very special creature - when I hear negative words about Arabian horses, what do I do? I smile, just smile - I KNOW! I think you do too - enjoy! And I allow everyone else to enjoy what they live with. On this Earth, there has to be room for all of us

  • shes stunning, but i think she thinks shes some kindof rocket horse haha

  • i should edited my last msg....sry

  • I ahve an arabian horse. they are wonderful animals. I luv the coroling of ur horse, its quite different for an arab. ive never seen such a coloring. My other horse jumps like her. XD. Do you know of any good websites to buy horses off of? my friend wants me to find her some websites. so im doin my job...XD.....anyway, please reaply ASAP...thanx!

  • she's absolutely lovely =)

and she's very very fast :)

we have a little pony in our club who's one of the faster in france xD

  • ...and you are from France! It's nice to have you compliment her. Thanks.

  • your horse is beautiful =) and i like how she goes really fast .

  • i'm not sure if I would want to ride her... you can get into some serious problems when you're going that fast... refusals can easily take you off, and getting in really deep or getting long spots can take down rails. And the way she bolts off after fences is dangerous.

But enough criticism. She's a beautiful horse and can jump well and hopefully a rider can slow her down some.

  • Give her a break! This is the very first time she had ever seen a jump, she's had no jumping training or even had a rider on her to jump! A good horse is a good horse, no matter what the breed. She did great.

  • she looks great she looks like she is really enjoying herself!

  • Thanks for the comment. Her daughter is very fancy, can jump too and is for sale.

  • after the first couple of times she got slower and the jumps got bigger. she looked much nicer than rushed :]

  • she jumps like a dear! well almost all arabians do. she is lovely though!

  • why do they jump like that, is it because they have less powerful hinderquarters? they don't look very pretty when they do that

  • lo

if you stop at 1:35 you can see horses fliing lol

  • Thanks for that info. I checked it 1:35 and that is a very nice still shot.

  • DIVA is beautiful!

  • Thank you for the compliment. Her daughter Desert Wings is for sale...starting her dressage career now. You can see her on Youtube too.

  • A little too fast for me! I have a National Shopw Horse (half arab X half saddlebred), and she does that, tail straight up, galloping over everything. She looks like a good, fast jumper though. How old is she?

  • She's 8 years old. Diva is so prissy...she thinks she's HOT!

  • that is one spirited mare... and the jumps arent event that high

  • wow, aalright well ill talk to ther person who may be interested in her but no promises or an thing but will def bring it up to her thanks =]

  • ohh alright =] she really is an awesome horse!!!

  • I think I misunderstood, I sold DIVA but her daughter, Desert Wings, is still for sale. She has been started under saddle and doing extremely well. Desert Wings will make a national calibre dressage horse. I live in Scottsdale, Arizona

  • really, well i actaully know some one that may be interested in her... where are you guys from? send me a message

  • I have already sold her. I wish I had a dozen of her...I could have sold every one of them!

  • this hors is beautiful and graceful and is a champion at anything it looks like!!!she can jump awesomly!!

  • Thank you for including "DIVA" in your favorites, that is such a compliment. I recently sold her and hope to do another video and watch her progress. She's a champion in my heart!

  • wow this horse is amazingly beautifull!!!!

  • Thanks. I'm glad you like her. Her daughter is for sale. She starts her dressage training next month.

  • i have and Amir Al SHalkan arab she has the best temperament

  • Good horses are such great partners. They teach us alot about life and ourselves. Your mare sounds wonderful!

  • Ha ha she ran threw that like she was walking on hot coal.

  • That's funny. I can visualize that now when looking at the video. If there were hot coals, knowing her, she would go for it!

  • WOW! Beautiful horse! Im a sucker for arabs! I have a bay arab named holly. Their wonderful Jumpers!!

  • I looked at your video and your mare is so cute! Yes, all the Arabs I've bred jump too even though alot of people think Arabians can't jump. They just have to see them to believe it! Thanks for the compliment.

  • oh thanks! SHes a great horse... a typical moody mare but thats alright!

  • arabs are so cute

    especially yours

  • Thanks. Yes, they are so cute and have such wonderful personalities. Each one is so different, but always pleasant and affectionate.

  • IMO, she's goin' a LITTLE too fast! 0_o

  • She had never seen a jump before and chose her own speed. Obviously she wasn't afraid, never resisted, and enjoyed every minute of it. She will even go over the jumps set up in the arena when NO ONE IS RIDING HER all on her own...just for fun! She loves jumping.

  • HOLY COW..THAT HORSE REALLY TUCKS IN THE BACK GREAT! i love that arab :)

  • Thanks for the comment! Her daughter,Desert Wings, is also athletic and handy, but moves even better than her mom. She just started under saddle and is for sale.

  • she leaps ova jumps like my arabian splash

  • Are there many arabians in Australia where you live? My horses are getting comments from all over the World: Norway, Japan, Hungary, Australia to name a few. It's great that you jump your arabian horses. Here in the U.S. most people don't think they can jump. I have an arabian gelding for sale that beat all the thoroughbreds and warmbloods at a large A Rated Open show. I love arabians too and am crossing my arabian mares with Trakehner stallions.

  • awsome splash is my first arabian horse we saved him he had cancer on his nose he was full of worms (which took around 2 months to get rid of) and his feet hadnt been done in like 4 months but now hes all good and we are jumping 90cm but he had a acident with jumping 1 metre and we have to start off at 30-60cm it sucks lol wat country u from

  • Diva was sold to a 12 year old girl who is in love with her already! Diva is going out in the desert on trails, jumping, and getting lots of pampering. She will ultimately be bred to their STRIKE stallion. Her super fancy daughter DESERT WINGS is for sale (also on YouTube). Thanks for the compliments.

  • What a beautiful mare! I love her sire.

  • Thank you. I bred her and she has such a great personality, blows and snorts and is so playful but also can be so calm and quiet. Her sire, Magic Domino, 16hands, was very much the same in his younger days especially when he was born & shown in England.

  • not to be rude, but your coach is wrong.

its not like you can have an arab sit around until it turns ten just so you can be like OH READY!!!

its only as good as you can help it be.

btw that horse is absolutely gooorrgous

  • I didn't mean it like that. What my coach means is that, given their nature, arabians are hyper horses, and for their brains to fully mature and calm down a bit, hits around when they're ten.

  • For the first time jumping, she was pretty good. You would not believe some of the things of seen horses do. She looks like she loves it though. Would easily be a great jumper.

  • Thanks for the compliment. She never knocked a rail down and we kept raising them. Diva's initial training under saddle was by Advanced Level Eventer, Manuela Propfe in Tucson (mother, Inez was on Canadian Olympic Dressage Team), but Manuela never jumped her. Maybe I should send her back to Manuela for jumper training? Diva would love eventing.

  • Arabs jump like deer ha

  • She spotted very well, showed no hesitation, liked what she was doing.

The Arab horse is the Foundation for the TB and most all modern horses today. She gathers herself like a gazzel and jumped like a steeplechase horse. At that pace she stood back quite properly. All horses want to run and, and, almost anyone one can ride at a hand canter.

  • she's very beautiful, i love arabs! it looks like shes rushing to the jumps, but that can be fixed. i think she did a great job for her first time introduced to a jump. it does look like she loves to run! she has good formation, lots of scope! but isn't she a little too old to be jumping around 8 years old? most jumpers i've ridden have started out at about 4-6. but that's what my trainers wanted!

  • Thanks for your comment. She didn't have much space to get going to gain momentum and get over and she was figuring it out as she went. We put 6 inexperienced horses thru this very long chute & all ran off after the last jump. These were warmbloods, thoroughbreds and arabians. Arabians mature much more slowly than other horse breeds and live longer. I've had 2 into their late 20's early 30's. An 8 yr old is not too old to start.

  • She had NEVER been over a jump before of any kind in her life. This was the very first try to see if she would jump. It is unedited video - she's an athletic mare and yes, loves to run if you ask her, otherwise she's very quiet.
