But in my opinion, the damage this does is that it encourages more people to put out the same low quality content using the same low promotion tactics all simply for monetary gain. iJustine is a big enough Partner that she probably has Content ID. Part of that function allows her to enable any account she wants to be a Partner. This goes for all with Content ID, by the way.
