Cap goes on the top of the grenade. Spare caps are included with each grenade and they are also available as accessories in packs of 100.

@inufan530 or you could do the AI spoon kit solution, attatch a sting, fishing line works well, to the top of the cap, and the body on the nade, give it some slack, so it can leave the barrel for say, 4 inches, then when u fire, the cap will end up dangling from your launcher. it works well for me, and it saves money :P. plus i combo it with an in feild gas canister (smoke nade style) so i can re load and re use nades quickly.
