I like Aerotech stuff fine, but for clusters and airstarts I like CTI ProX motos. They have the pyrodex slug in the core of the top grain. All they need to light is a low current electric match which comes with the reload. They come up to pressure INSTANTLY.
Very interesting video. I know that you are suppose to delay the smaller motors until the larger gets up to pressure but I've actually seen what happens.
As far as I can tell, the two smaller H motors did what small motors do and came up to pressure instantly. The large K did what large motors sometimes do and took a while to come up to pressure. They were all supposed to light at once.

The igniter on the K motor fell out as it was lighting. The Hs lit correctly, but the K was delayed. Nifty that it took off when it did, though.
