I just caught this at Full Frame. It was alright...quite a heroic effort by the filmmaker and the protagonist, and a wonderful historical record. But don't expect to really learn anything "new." The film becomes mostly about the relationship between Pol Pot's number two and the producer of this film. There's a chilling quote: "When choosing between individuals and the nation, I always choose the nation." I did feel sick after watching it...what an awful era.
