Yes its true. Female hormones cant actually reverse the deepening of the voice caused by male puberty but there are sum surgeries that can. It doesnt sound to me like she had that voice surgery tho so Im also amazed at her voice because its probably one of the few characetristics she has thats almost natural and it sounds pretty good. Hormones cant effectively reverse hair growth either she would have needed another surgery and then taken hormones to prevent hair from returning
