Ok so I didn't want to reply until I actually did the workout. I thought it was great! It really tested my hamstring-semimem muscles. In 10thPlanet we primarily focus on knee and the femoris muscles.

Hi!! :) I wanted to start out working out to tone my stomach mostly, and was wondering what order I should do your work outs? I haven't worked out in a while though. I want to do the switch between pilates and cardio, just not sure which videos exactly to work through in order..Also am I supposed to do the 10 minute ones a few times a day to get it to 1 hour? :) Thanks for answering!

great video! i have one problem though.. i am quite flexible- i was a cheerleader for 12 years. so some of these stretches don't go deep enough to really stretch my muscles to the fullest. any ways you know that I can further stretch my leg muscles and back?
@Kateeemacxo Make sure that when you're doing the leg stretches while lying down that your low back is completely pressed into the mat when you bring your leg over. Your hip bones should not twist over too as you pull your leg over. This will make all the difference in the world esp. with the leg crossover stretch.
O my GOD! Loved the tutorial, you should definitely do more tutorial on stretching routines!! Also, I LOVED the beginning when the music was so relaxing...I know your channel is called POP pilates for a reason, but may I wask you to do a total body pilates with some relaxing music? I love your workouts, but I hate most pop songs XD. Thanks a lot, and great job, keep it up!
@aho12345666 always stretch right before and after any type of intense (or non-intense lol) workout. of course, you should catch your breath first if you're doing cardio =D
