Quand nos chants exaltent ceux de la Terre dont celle des Hommes lors ils sont vrais et à la mesure de la Vie, la seule qui mérite d'être vécue et infiniment respectée ! Thank's Geoffrey Oryema PMC
Peter is one of the very few remaining individuals in music who knows and remained true to what music is all about and what it must originally represents is among the very best.
Being a fan of Peter Gabriel has several advantages. Firstly, your ears get to sample the veritable delights of music.
Secondly, his music world opens up into an overwhelming international feast of a music based buffet, with international flavoured beverages to enjoy.
Land of Anaka is a favourite track of mine for years now. I think we can say it is one of the best tracks recorded and released on Gabriel`s label Real World. Nice to see Brian Eno and also Peter in the video.
I also have to thank you Cimbarius for your additional information. In fact, Real World Records was founded by Peter Gabriel to provide talented artists from around the world with access to state-of-the-art recording facilities and audiences beyond their geographic region. As you surely know he sings in german as well . Peter is absolutely great as a human being.
vondelpark - I can also recommend an instrumental track called "Bread and Wine" from Gabriel`s album "Passion", where R. Evans plays again the tin wistle - a beautiful and fantasic track ! Check it out!
The flute is played by Richard Evans, a musician of Peter Gabriel`s band. The instrument is called "tin whistle". This song is from Oryema`s album "Exile", that was released in 1990 on Peter Gabriel`s label Real World Records.
I am in love with this song and Geoffrey Oryena! A Gods voice!

Se isto fosse sobre o Alentejo e não entrassem pretos ficava um vídeo lindo.

Pois eu também acho que a humanidade seria bem mais bonita se pessoas como você simplesmente não existissem.
Now in English:
I believe that humankind will be more beautiful and safer if creatures like you simply don't exist!!

Awesome.
A Molotov cocktail for the soul. It touched my heart and started a fire (am I dreaming or the flute sounds like celtic?)
