That recording your own sound and turning it into a ringtone feature is really cool. I recorded Star Trek sound effects from a CD right off the speaker. Texts, emails, voicemail and ringtones are all different Star Trek sound effects. Totally geeky but cool! Other phones do this too but it's a great feature. This is the coolest phone and runs great with the new OS update now.

I wouldn't call it .85 the most recent. The most OFFICIAL recent update I think is .75 and .85 is to be used at your own risk so I wouldn't see a point in doing a device review based on an unofficial platform.
