Dr. Carr was the Jackson spokesman, the letter from Raymon Bain, on behalf of MJ, states clearly that Dr. Carr was the Jackson family spokesman and that he was doing a good job. But Bain had been hired & had taken over as MJ's publicist, & the defense needed total control over every word that was said to the media about MJ, so Carr was asked to speak only for the family, not MJ. I've read the letter. Etok is a fraud.

I got private messages from TINI, who explained that they did not disbelieve the information, but since they didn't have access to the proof, they were afraid to leave it up there for legal reasons. Actually the Jacksons, and people close to the Jacksons, do talk to the fans a lot. If they didn't there would have been no This-is-Not-it campaign, which got picked up by Reuters & was all over the news, why? because MJ talked privately with his fans during the TII rehearsals. A FAN is the one who called Joe Jackson to tell him MJ was on the way to the hospital, and Joe knew before LaToya, who lives only 3 minutes from MJ.  Jacksons know what fans can do for them.

You're wrong about Carr. He was just on the Joy Behar Show on HLN last week defending the Jacksons from the Jackson-hater, Roger Friedman. Carr did and excellent job! Many people were impressed. MJ fired and rehired his friends all the time. He changed publicists during the trial, to Raymon Bain (huge mistake), so he formally dismissed Firpo as his spokesman, but he did not dismiss him as his friend.
