For anybody stupid enough to ask why it didn't come out - The march date was pure speculation. Nobody knew if it would, it was a rumor. They estimated Q1 release, clearly that didn't happen. It looks like that has been moved to Q3 though. If you don't know when that is, wikipedia it.
