The Black women in Memphis got together and sent her money to stay out of Memphis because all of their husbands had gotten their guns and decided to kill any cracker who met her at the train station to harm her. Once the men knew why their brothers were lynched, they were ready to go to war.

I wouldnt say STUPID. NAIVE, INCOMPETENT, and WOEFULLY ILLPREPARED comes to mind. The bottom line is that this entire enterprise of AmeriKKKa is a military operation. A lynching is 1) conspiracy and planning the act, 2) propagandizing the act, 3) coordinating logistics of the act, 4) the act itself, & 5) restoring the peace after the act.

Good intelligence can allow you to preposition assets and disrupt stages 3 and 4. If it gets to 4, you gonna need extensive tactical infrastructure.
