  • i saw the spetsnaz on deadliest warrior vs usa's green berets spets won becuz of their shootable knife but we have a shive called E-tool thats used for breaking rocks not killing ppl! but spetsnaz does some crazy shit

  • @crzyevil

deadliest warrior is 100% accurate and you should believe everything on tv

  • @crzyevil they should have put them up against seals would have been a better more balanced match

  • Прекрасно работают парни!

  • I was fascinated when watching their H-H combat system. It was so very fluid, almost perpetual motion. With many other combat systems, it's all about pose, snap to different pose, and repeat. With the Spetsnaz it was like one never-ending movement, very cool. I also found their combat rolls to be very interesting.

  • Systema is used by russian secret service, I know this first hand. Don't know about the rest of the world, but I know that Israelite secret service members also use it. Those two things are undeniable facts. I don't need to do research or google for that ;-)

  • @jackarf1

they use krav-maga which is different as far as I know.

  • HAHA little Asians train with skinny bamboo sticks but big Russian bears train with fucking logs. Power!

  • Mossad is not a Special Forces Unit. It's secret service. how many potentially deadly fights have you been in? give these guys a break.

  • I'm Brazilian,can I train with spetsnaz?

  • Actually Systema was developed before the days of Alexander Nevski by the Rus' pesants whom were invaded constantly and needed to come up with a fighting style. When Soviets came they forbid the teaching of Systema to regular people and classified it and only taught it to GRU, KGB and Spetsnaz. In early 1970s when asian martial arts movies started to come out with Bruce Lee jumping around. Idiotic Soviet military forsaked Systema and ordered to teach dumb Karate and other sport Martial Arts.

  • If this theory is correct, the stylistic influences on modern Systema would include numerous national martial arts styles, military close-combat systems and indigenous Russian combat styles as well as aspects of sports science, biomechanics and sports psychology as these disciplines were incorporated into the Dinamo close-combat research and development project during the 20th century

  • Systema are evolutions of an intensive research and development project carried out by several generations of hand to hand combat instructors at the Dinamo training facility in Moscow between roughly 1920-1980.If so, that would place Systema in the same stream of military close-combat training as combat SAMBO and related styles such as SAMOZ, which was developed by V.A. Spiridonov.

  • Like I say. it's only DANCE WITH SABRE........about Systema Kadocznikowa is only the style of fighting, which has been created for the Russian army. Specnaz is only the designation of individuals, not the same military unit. If You interesting in Army, and customs with in, You shuld know that All special forces on earth learn, and use more than 2 styles of fighting. In Poland, Special forces use Combat'56,Systema,Karate and JujiTsu:D:) Learn about SASR:) Thank's Mate!:)

  • dude that guys a beast

  • But this is not Russian Knife Style - that's a Cossack's (old Ukrainian Army) dance with sabre. It's a element of ukrainian culture. Russian Specnaz Forces use a mix of west's arts of fighting....in russian sistema combat (and Polish Combat'56) u can see a lot of aikido style moves:) thanks mate:)

  • cossacks were not only in ukrain u know!

  • close combat is onyl useable on streets nowadays...but it improves the man's strength and endurance and they will survive hard situations where others who may just controlling rockets on computers die.

  • Is it useable oposit to nuclear rockets?

  • It will be very usable later. after nuclear wars.

  • Its very usable TO KILL the enemy before they can push the lauching buttons

  • wow thats so awsome

  • yeah i was thinking same thing as shonem. it's not practical to spin a sword in combat and spetznas are pretty serious so it has to have some purpose, as shonem says builds dexterity and control

  • Builds dexterity and control.

  • Damn if someone was handling a sword like that anywhere near me I would run without stopping rite thru Moscow lol

  • holy shit, I no this is not supposed to be funny, but i thought he would cut his arm off.

  • If you think negative - you will get negative results, the functions of the brain and thought pattern are based on many years of subconcious program instilled by the society. To clean your thoughts - meditation is good. (he will not cut his arm). Please think what I said - fear is your road block.

  • I was not being NEGATIVE, i was simply staying that it would be funny if he chopped his arm off

  • i think was he is implying is that the mere though itself is the "road block", not so much your train of thought is negative altogether.

  • implying that i am na neagtive thinker merely because i believed it would have been funny if he chopped off his is a very extreme thought. If I am negative, than you are judgemental. Fear is not my road block. I did not fear for him. But, just think, a highly trained proffesional cutting off his arm. Dont judge any more.

  • very sweet looking! i'll bet his hands are jacked from spinning that log all day.

  • impressive

  • if i could spin objects like that, then maybe i might be able to spin rifles better from armed exhibition lol xD
