samples have been sent to any laboratory, says federal scientist, who blames complications related to oil spill litigation for the slow pace. Bull crap, do your job and test them or stop taking my tax dollars so you can protect B.P. oops I meant american citizens.

The UV light they are using is made in the USA by the Vertek Division of Applied Research Associates. It is one of the Low Voltage Ultra Violet (LVUV) series Oil Fluorescing Spotlights. You can read more about fuel fluorescence at uvoil.com.
