@narkiz I don't eat sashimi. Do eat sushi with lots of wasabi. Tried deer once. Was pretty good, but I didn't cook it myself. If you can make a very good sauce, I think that's when you can cook deer or buffalo. Just sear it and pour sauce over it. Or grill it really quickly.
