You are right! when it gets in the back of your throat.....yak!. I just had surgery a month ago due to a long time bad allergies that finally block completely one side of my nose. Now, the nasonex if you use it for a long time..BECAREFUL! you can become addictive. The other spray (yellow/blue box) it is very good and hopefully you will feel much better. Take care of that allergies before it gets out of hand. Happy anniversary!

i have allergies too!! I know EXACTLY how u feel!! I suffer from the same!its terrible bc if u dont get rid of it on time it will develop to a flu! so be careful!

TIP: As a homemade medicine, make yourself some tea of orange peals and honey, I know it sounds weird, but the orange peals is where all the vitamin C is, TRUST ME I KNOW! I get sick all the time, Im from Nicaragua a tropical country so it explains my constant allergies.

oh, xyzal is a new medication but it's really weird. i tried it this spring and it made me sleep for 14 hrs. plus, read the instructions - you should be very very careful what other medications you use with it!!! i gave it up after a week and just tried to get through my allergy without any pills. it worked fine :)
