The person who let this one on the air should of at least on or off the air provided an explanation of why they let it go in front of millions of people. Definitely it is a fart let at the .13 or .14 mark on the seconds. Not a big one but audible for sure on the air and embarassing.

if your talking about around 14 seconds that is when a player turns quickly. if you have ever played hockey you would know. the blade of the skate cutting the ice, when its coming from a 200 lb person who is in great shape makes that sound.
