Pirate Ending:

AI blows up your universe

ICU Ending:

Scientists develope Death-Star like Super laser, wich is mounted on a Butcher cruiser, and kill 99% of the alien fleet

MSF Ending:

Scientists develope Universe destroying bomb, you use it to kill the alien universe
