my dad has an E38 750il, and it is a manny trans. tell you what its an absolute pig to drive it compared to the 525i. the drive in the 750il is rough and the power steering needs to be greased up a lot.

Sorry, but there was never an manual option on 750i

They were only available as an autos and only e38 up to 740i where also made with manual gearbox!

On the e32 only 730i, 735i and 730i V8 were offered with a stick (+ the V16 Goldfish project)

It can be a conversion. Its quite simple and many have done it to theyre E32s, E38s

The bmw e31 has a manual gearbox on the 850csi. It is possible to fit it in a 750i
