  • You ever try the backwards clapping pushups? Basically you are in the normal setup for a pushup but when you come up you clap behind your lower back rather than in front of you.

    I liked technique 3, its definitely going into my workout regiment. Neways, great vid.

  • @rock2993 50 push-ups are great! Depending on how long you've been working out, if you're just starting start with weights you max out at 15 reps to strenghten joints/tendons along with chest, do for 4-6 weeks, intermediate/advance max out at 10-12 reps, if you can do more reps add 5-10 lbs. Do 2 x's oer week 6-8 sets

  • @eLegance0407 you need to increase your strength to increase your reps, b/c the stronger you are the easier the push-ups. I suggest incorporating weight training or doing your push-ups more slower to increase further stimulation. Use a 3-2-4 tempo, 3 seconds going up, pause for 2 seconds, and 4 seconds coming down.

  • @ContraereaSerba It depends on what you're trying to accomplish, these push-ups are good for toning and slight muscle growth, but if you want a sizeable difference then you need to use weights.

  • @gangkapak: unfiortunately not, to get a complete looking chest you need to hit the pectoralis major and minor. So you need to do hit the top, flat, and lower parts of the chest. For the upper chest do incline chest presses and/or decline push-ups.

  • @shagy2k5: you need to strengthen your triceps i.e. dips, skull crushers, cable pull downs. Or you can do the military style push-ups 1st. I always have my clients do the hardest exercises first.

  • @flawless: push-ups are primarily for your chest and triceps secondary. It really depends on what you're trying to accomplish. If you just want to tone-up push-ups are great for the chest, just make sure to do a variation of upper,mid, and lower for a nice looking one. Focus on each rep, not the quantity, nice and smooth. Try doing some tricep dips right after the push-ups to really feel the burn!

  • @SuperPpsh Theoretically yes, you would but only ever so slightly - if you was to do this without any bicep isolation you would see next to no improvement on your arms. Instead supplement your biceps with isolation exercises such as Dumbell curls, Barbell Curls and Preacher curls. There are many variations of bicep exercises, find what gives you the most improvement.

Songs like that are not likely to have been commercially available, and thus would be unlikely to be found in a simple lyrics search on Google. The song may now be more widely available, but it
