You know, if you play the games and kill everyone, the game gets a bit boring..especially considering almost every Tenchu game mandates a "kill everyone" mission.

I find it much more fun to complete the objective and only kill enemies who are impeding my path. You're more of a ninja and less of a hired gun, then.

Hmm. I have to agree with you! I remember the atmosphere of Tenchu back on the PS1! The controls sucked, but it was AMAZING! That atmoshpere is gone. The game emchanics are the exact same. that was ok for PS1!!! But were on the next gen consoles now. I expected a Ninja-Sim back on PS2! A dark, gritty, Splinter-Cell-alike Tenchu Game! And its never happened. Its turned into a bt of a cartoony beat-em-up! I wish they would go back to the drawing board and make an awesome new Tenchu experience!

You have a PC, theres a GREAT PSX emulator! ( Blah-Blah, Picary-Blah! ) these games arent going to make any more money, they arent being sold anymore, they are for console thats no longer made! Thats just incase anyone goes on about how its wrong! I dont see why if you owned the game at some point! I have been playing FF7, Tenchu, etc at really high resolutions. The great thing is you can put texture filters on too! Looks fantastic! Check out some screenshots!

...Theres even a PS2 and Wii emulator! They work too. Would you believe that! YOu need a silly-powerfull PC to run them well though. But I did fire in my Gran Turismo 4 disc, and was playing at 1080 ;)! I think you need a Dual Core at 3ghz + to run things on full speed. But anyways, the PS1 Emu will run on anything, and the emulator itself is legal, easy to find the ROMS too. theres guides on youtube on how to install and run. Got a 36o, or PS3 controller? Plug it in and play with that! How cool

nice game and nice work but 1 question in tenchu z and at tenchu 4 why there're no female enemies? at tenchu fatal shadows - the only tenchu i have - there're much often to get female enemies than all the time samurai or ninjas but here why ?? no female enemies at all as if the game is made to hate the boys

@invesibel there arent many female enemies because women werent allowed to be samurai, and the majority of the enemies are samurais. there are a few levels that have female ninja enemies though so yeah, it's just cultural accuracy, not sexism, lol

@Compedy Its really hard to do, it toke me weeks to do. if you need a tip in how to do it is keep a bit ahead of the guy and kill everything you can, you can let him see the bodies and the mission wont fail but if he sees you then its over so as long as your hidden and you kill as many enemies as possible then you should get ninja 5 :)

This game is a rare genre to find... especially ninja's.

They were putting out reviews of critics who don't even like the stealth genre. Thats why the reviews were bad.

They were talking about AI difficulty to see you on training where they are purposely not seeing you so you can get used to the game... look at epileptic gaming... their completely useless.

sincerely i have played most of tenchu games and in my opinion, tenchu 1,2 and z are the best with no doubt... although this one could have really done much better in the aspect of graphics,and on the other hand they should have done more scenaries because the game has 50 chapters that reduce at the moment of the truth in 15 scenaries :S...well anyway, those who play online add me, my name is oOmawzerOo
