I think it's great that people can connect with the hearing impaired on this sort of omline community. this video makes being able to read sign language a sort of exclusive part of *YouTube*. nicely done!
that's not true. there are some signs that require lip movement to be correct. "non-manual signs" include facial expressions and even lip movements, in some cases
I am an ASL student and it's not rude to move your lips and a lot of signers do but it when you are learning sign in school it is "incorrect" to mouth words while you sign. In "real life" it is more of a personal preference. Some people mouth while they sign others don't. Yes some signs include facial movement but that's different from what you are talking about.
