I cant understand why GH allways make you play parts that the guitar realy doesent play...Like synth, sax, organ, strings andsoforth!

As for this song, there is absolutely no guitar playing during the sax solo! You just dont play when another instrument is soloing, jazz code. In the original recording you can even hear Robert Fripps' guitar starting to feed when he turns the volume back on after the sax solo! :P

Well, it might be, but as a guy who playes real guitar its not that strange to not play during ex; 1-2 minutes in the middle of a song. If some1 else is soloing, you just stay out of it.

I'm not sure about this, but doesn't the guitar play along with the sax "solo"? The guitar solo actually starts around 2:04 (of course, the guy fucks up on the first note lol) and ends around 3:12, where the sax playing is then introduced, but if you listen closely the guitar stars playing behind it as well. At least, I know for the past 5 years that I've been listing to the song, I haven't only been hearing sax from 3:18 to 3:54 (there's guitar there too). Is there a definitive answer to this?

Believe it or not that is probably accurate, the saxophone. Did you want just a big empty section for 2 minutes? No. GH made it hard. This isn't the only time another instrument has been charted.

There's an underlying guitar part in the sax solo, it's just quiet enough that the sax overpowers it.

You weren't actually playing the sax, you were playing the guitar in the background. If you listen to the actual recording you can pick them out. They both sound like saxes though, but since McDonald is the only one credited to playing the saxophone on the album it was probably just Fripp making some effects.

Uhhh... This is supposed to be one of the better guitar songs in GH5? This looks horrible. tbqh I would have thought it was a crappy bootleg if the song wasn't on the official list.

I know people say that there is no difference between circles and squares, but that solo just looks... ugly. It was horribly charted (FACT) and looks like someone ate a buch of skittles, got drunk, and then threw up on the note chart. The fact that it's a crappy song imo, doesn't help.
