Hi hi hi, the cat thinks the camera is more interesting than the piano. He needs a little more practise and then he can cope with Nora, (the famous piano playing cat)! :-)
Your cat is very pretty. Please check to insure her collar is not at all tight and if it it has a bell on it, please remove it. Bells on a cat are extremely cruel.
My cat wears a collar with a bell so we don't step on her when she runs like crazy between our legs, and truth is, she doesn't even notice she has it on.
Flipoverizada, I am sure your cat behaves as though she doesn't have it on. What choice does she have? Some animals have gotten lost and then grown so that their collars have become imbedded in their skin, cutting off blood and oxygen and becoming infected. However, they live with it. Your cat has hearing 100X more sensitive than you, she can hear electricity running in power lines. She was born for stealth? You don't think she can hear what would be for us like an air horn, around her neck?
Now, don't get me wrong Flipoverizada, I am not saying any good owner who puts bells on a cat is TRYING to be cruel or mean! Far from it! They think they have good reasons. I just think this is something people don't consider and if they did, they'd realize just how bad it would be for a cat!
My cat has a loose collar and it's better wearing it than catching fleas. If it's so annoying to cats hearing that bell close to their ears, how do they feel about TV, music, people talking, laughing, and all the other noises around them? It's probably also disrupting to cats. I am pretty worried about it now. I believe dogs have sharp hearing as well. Should I be worried?
I'm glad you use a loose collar! Yes, all those noises are magnified for you cat! It's one reason why some cats can seem so "jumpy" to people. Just remember, they can hear a whisper clearly, normal talking is more like yelling to them! But like all creatures they get used to it. With those things, at least they can move away, and you can't stop normal noises anyways. But imagine how hard it is for a creature born for stealth to have that jingle all day long when she moves!
She can't tell you and I'm sure she's learned to live with it, but I'll bet she'd be much happier deep down if you dropped the bell and just kept the collar!

that cat is beautiful ,sweet and wasnt playing because it was distracted. you people who want to post mean comments are just posting what you fell about yourself... your the one who is ugly...
Instead of "Cat Plays Piano" maybe you could call it "Cat gets distracted while sitting at piano by human piano player". You are an argument against blind posting on you tube.

I think its collar is too tight also, loosen it up and stop trying to live your dream through your cat.

Set the camera up and so you don't distract the cat. He has talent, but also has attention deficit syndrome.
