will probably not believe this - but I don't have any money so I get hungry all the time and just have to eat wheat bread with old steak on it and ketchup, or egg whites with pepper, or when im desperate, whey protein with lots of water in oats.. makes it taste like dessert but after the third time it tastes like shit. anyway , this is awesome ! thanks for this
Body builders have so much discipline it is mind blowing. I have the motivation and the discipline to work out like an animal everyday, but when it comes down to dieting, or even eating healthy everyday, i fail miserably. i have the utmost respect for this man and bodybuilders alike.
@dyodoublej you can do it man i use to struggle all the time with my diet but when i got serious and stared dieting you will be amazed at how your body can change.
