@EdgelessTitan Basically, theres a certain time limit of which a video can be uploaded completely safe without the automation system going through. Anything over 40 seconds is pushy. (I experimented alot) It varies, but 40 seconds is the 100% safemark.

It's the same voice actor as the main character from Moonphase (although I don't remember the name of the character at the moment), the name of the VA is Yukari Tamura. So yes she also voices as Rika from Higurashi.
