  • this is ssssssssssssssssssssooooooooooooooooooooooo cccccccccccuuuuuuuuuuttttttttttteeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • there not really going extinct its hard to get an exact count if there burrowers andcertain types of chinchillias in the us yes there endagered but in france there plentfull

  • @megacowgomoo The ones that are wild are usually those that are used for making coats and stuff. [ugh] but the ones that we have at home, are not going to go extinct since there are a bunch of breeders around the world.

  • My parents would only buy me a chinchilla if I spent 1 year learning about them so over a year, I have learned so many things! Some chinchilla owners don't bother to find out what needs a chinchilla deserves and ends up hurting the chinchilla. I will go one youtube and give owners advice (If needed). If you have any questions about chinchillas such as health, feeding, personality, and other problems, I can probably answer them. i am open to ALL chinchilla questions.

  • i do that with my chinchilla too.

  • were did you get that hat

  • SAVE THE CHINCHILLAS!!!!!! Their almost extint, if people keep on killing these amazing creatures, there won't be ANY left!!! :'( :'( :'( Please help spread the word!

  • but a lot of ppl even have em as pets...

  • well, what I'm saying is that ppl here in America breed chinchillas, then kill them

:( but the good thing is that it is illigal 2 kill them in South America, and most people keep them as pets to love not to kill, but still

  • yeah sad but true...

  • If they were almost exctinct, we would need a license to own them. And maybe if they were that close, they wouldnt be selling them in pet stores right now so your statement makes no sence.

  • @IalexxaI Chinchillas are on the endangered species list. It is illegal to hunt or own them in S.A. They have been bred for years here, for fur & the pet trade, & it is not illegal for you to own 1 in the States. Its a shame idiots can buy one at a pet store w/o knowledge of the animal or its requirements. If you let it get too hot or it eats the wrong wood, it dies. If it is not allowed to chew, its teeth curve backwards & they cant eat or teeth penetrate the brain, & it dies. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

  • @theresajordan67

Chinchillas have to chew to keep their teeth healthy, don't just assume this person doesn't know about them, they're chinchillas look plently healthy to me, you shouldn't be yelling at someone, THEY'RE the owners of these chins, not you.

  • @pendragon418 so long as awesome people become kind chinchilla owners we can keep em alive

  • @pendragon418 in the wild that is they will always be thre as pets due to breeding

  • @pendragon418 They are not almost extinct......

  • @hzuiel it doesn't really matter if they're not almost extinct, @pendragon418 is right, we need stop people from killing chinchillas.

  • @cutecherrychick I love furry little animals as much as the next person, and I could never bring myself to kill one, can't even kill mice in my house, have to use a have a heart trap and release them into the wild. and I think in our modern day and age with plant derived and synthetic fabrics that there is no need to kill animals for fur(some animals are killed for meat and the skin is a byproduct) . However I don't have the drive like some people do to go get in other people's faces about it.

  • @cutecherrychick I certainly don't endorse lieing to prevent the killing of animals though. Lieing never gets your anywhere. For instance if you lie to indigenous people who are hunting their own animals on their own land for easy money, and tell them they're endangered and they have to stop, and you actually convince them, but then they find out from a reputable source that they are indeed, not endangered, they will resume hunting them and never listen to you again.

  • @cutecherrychick Sorry for the long winded reply but PETA also does a lot of lieing and flat out makes stuff up. If they just worked to save neglected animals or something I could respect them but they lose all credibility when they lie to their members about how animals are treated, in order to enrage them, and promote such ridiculous notions as animals never being kept as pets, ever. Even domesticated animals that are adapted to live perfectly around humans and be happy.
