1st, notch the tree at the bottom in the direction you wanna go. 2nd, have a rope tied high up in the tree, preferably at the top. 3rd, have as many guys as you can on the other end of the rope to pull. 4th, cut the tree on the backside of the notch and have the guys, while facing the notch in the tree, pull the rope away from the tree to pull the tree over and problem solved.... tree comes down and you keep your property in tact...
