well its a base that I cut out with plasma cutter and trimmed to blot onto the turbo. Then I welded on a 2.5" peice of pipe with a slash cut and then another peice of pipe welded on the slash cut to point it downward towards the ground. Then I hade to cut a peice out on the side to make room for the waste gate.
