thank god rudy did that. i went back to nyc last fall and it was actually liveable now. all they need to do is get rid of the cologne /purse/sunglass guys.chicago is a model city. you cannot sell anything out there without a city permit and guess what. all the riff raff left downtown and now its not a crackheaded aids patient on evry corner anymore selling the same pic as the guy on the corner
