There is a much easier way. Just run along the cliff as fast as you can until you reach the fence, and you will get trough.

@Bijongo95 U can get the dog from the king in freeside its a cyborge dog, but u have to do a lot of quest for the king first,and get a new brain for the dog. hope it helped.

There is an even easier way.. Just run like hell and when you get hit and half health re heal and continue until you get to the fence :D
