The Blue Jackets are a disgrace to the NHL. The Central is a 4-team race this season and the only team not in the race is the Blue Jackets! They are over 20 points behind the 4th place team! Their first and so far only playoff appearance was a sweep by the Red Wings! This team will never win a Cup or even come close.
The blue jackets are the laughing stock of the NHL, I am a Syracusr Crunch fan and for ten friggin years we had these losers as a parent club, I have never seen a team let talent slip through their fingers like CBJ. Jackets are never going to even sniff the cup, LOL I mean come on it took over 600 games just to get into the playoffs and only four to get kicked out. The best thing this team could do for everyone is FOLD. Worst managed team in the history of the NHL, literally a laughing pile.
the wings are also part of the original six teams and the Jackets just came into the league ten years ago, expansion teams always have trouble for a long time when they come into any league. and thats mike Commodore, yes he does suck.

Hockey just hasn't fully developed in Columbus. However two hours up north in Cleveland (where i live) an NHL franchise would be much more appreciated because we support teams win or lose (ex Browns Cavs Indians Monsters all suck but we love them. In the Columbus area there are 5 ice rinks in Cleveland there are close to 40

@hanmerboys hockey needs to be spread out and become more popular and the blue jackets have done that in columbus. they are the reason most kids in columbus are playing hockey ex: sean kuraly i got drafted this year in the 5tth round by the sharks, connor muprhy got drafted in the first round this year, cole cassels got draft 16th overall to the oshawa generals. the blue jackets are helping the city grow more and hockey because without them these kids may not of been drafted. fuck you go jackets
@hanmerboys those teams have been here from the start. you can't compare blue jackets attendance to torontos or any of those teams. if you noticed though once columbus started to have a playoff run they sold out or were at least close to selling out. if they have a good playoff run this year you just watch and the fans will come.
@hanmerboys well get used to columbus because the city approved of funding the team till 2039. and plus columbus is not a southern city. but one southern city that appreicates hockey is nashville they have been doing very well with attendance and having a very good team. teams such as the panthers should go because one miami is a terrible sports town and no one down there is hockey crazy but keep tampa because they have been doing well recently.

they take away teams form strong hockey lovign citys like Quebec and Hartford and put them in retarded places like Atlanta or heonix
the only time where they should spread hockey out south is when it is solidly in the north
there are plenty of northern citys that could suport a team better than the south
and ive seen Blue Jackets games and its attendence is noting compaired to the leafs,bruins,habs ect
