@cafesavoia Decent tyres, decent lift, driving lights & bull bar for roo strikes, not saying anything negative, just unusual to see out there

@riptide178 Ok mate I though you meant expensive gadgets when you said gear. that rav had a lift and heavy duty suspension kit, road tyres (the best for sand driving). Bull bar: never seen roos in the simpson and generally I travel during daylight, so never had a problem there. The only thing you need is an extra tank of fuel and one of water, plenty of food, extra spare tyre and a good companion. And the adventure is served.

@cafesavoia well you've definitely shown me :P, i agree with you 100% & never though about it being a car i'd choose for the job, but you've shown me its a capable vehicle here, good luck with the adventures :D

@VIDEOZAL Still not bad for an AWD probably with road tires and a small 2.0L engine. My now modded Subaru Forester would do that with its so called AWD and open diffs. But without my mods it would preform similar to this rav. You would be suprised what they can do and how SOMETIMES they can outpreform real 4WDs.

why do people post so many vids of getting stuck or being stuck? lets see a 2010-11 suv that ISNT jeep cherokee do ANYTHING wtihout getting stuck like that

BTW I guess you wanted to say Wrangler not Cherokee.... ;)

@VIDEOZAL All those automobiles come close but jeep was made for war and it still follows the same mechanics for todays regular every day use jeeps. but I still believe jeeps do the best job for rock climbing and other crazy adventures than any suv youre talking about. and I mean any jeep in general so no not just wrangler.

BTW you wouldn't pay me enough to get in an ugly niva in public... Doubt you have enough ')
