AQVA & AQVA Marine By Bvlgari Cologne/Fragrance Review

I have both and I enjoy the original AQVA better because it staright reminds me of tangerines then into a little spicy but the AQVA Marine I like the top notes but then to me it dries down into a musk that I don't like, I would definitely say both are for spring/summer warmer weather. Dope vid.

Hey, I love your reviews! very detailed and helpful, my question is: do you think a woman could pull either one of these off? I love the smell of the sea and find that a lot of women's aquatics just don't cut it for me, they are not interesting enough and too floral. I don't want to smell like an out and out dude but i don't mind my fragrances being androgynous. Just curious. Thanks!

@martinaee doestn smell at all like eau fraiche, eau fraiche has a strong lemon/apple note, a littlebit like window cleaner, and a great masculine drydown

marine is more like...well an aquatic that smells a littlebit like soap and the ocean

Yeah, marine smells better to me. Aqua has some kind of heavier smell that makes it a bit more suitable for an older audience, which is why basenotes probably prefers it. Marine smells great... The only thing that could be problematic for some is the saltiness.

Interesting. For me it's reveresed. Marine is more salty sea smelling than than Aqva. I prefer Marine over Aqva. Im in the minority.

I didn't like Aqva on paper so I kind of dismissed it for a bit. I just got a decant of it and it is actually quite nice on my skin. I used to own Marine and found it to be too powdery.

great video as always but I have to disagree on one point. I own both bottles and on me, Aqva definitely works better at night than Marine because it is a little heavier and has more depth. Aqva is also one of my best compliment getters from girls and guys alike. I know what you mean with the sourness of Aqva but I barely get it on my skin and I almost feel like I get more with Marine. It's definitely a necessity to try these both out before deciding on which one to buy because it varies so much

Great vid. I like side-by-side comparisons. This is especially useful for those that don't have the chance to smell stuff and want to blind buy. If I saw both of these and couldn't sample them locally, I would have chosen aqua marine to buy. BUT, I personally own regular AQVA and love it.

I think more people should do vids like this. Sucks that you couldn't do it with an actual bottle of AQVA though :(

aquatics don't seem to work with my skin, i've tried so many for both men and women, and they all turn really soapy on me in a bad way that makes me want to scrub off my arm :( and i agree that many aquatics tend to smell quite similar
