I'd have to assume any new rulebook or codex release is ready and in final version ready for the press within 6 months of the actual release date. If they're talking a summer realse for 6th ed it has to be in final preparations by now. Maybe final comments period at the very least.
Have not heard a new Black Templars release. The only rumors so far have been Tau are next in line for 40K then the 6th ed Rulebook. Which sucks since I've finally got a good handle on it.
