I used Ulead Video Studio 10. I also have Slysoft Slyfox Any DVD. The two together and I can use my DVD's on my computer and play. We even mixed sounds from Date Movie(Cat Scence) and National Lampoons Christmas Vacation (Scene with Dog coughing under table.) We love the Ulead Video Studio.
It's from The Dalek Master Plan. It's one of the incomplete stories. It was ripped from "Lost in Time: William Hartnell." I don't remember which episodes, There were originally 12 episodes out of which I think it was 7 still exist. The bit with the fire coming from the Daleks Guns if I remember correctly was a bit they recovered from another show that had used it, Blue Peter I think.
Undoubtly the daleks have the most annoying voice sound ever. That really makes you want to exterminate them.

This music is from a website called whomix. You should be able to find it in a search. They have tons of great mixes.
