Yeah, people need to realize that this game came out in Japan before the Arrancar story arc was even going strong in JAPAN, let alone here. The two Espada are here as more of a bonus than anything.

This game's been released as Ulquiorra and Grimmjoy both hadn't used their katana in the manga yet...That's why they only fight bare handed

now, in the manga, ichigo fights him already in bankai, ulq took out his sword and ichigo can't keep up with him!

its not that he can't release his zanpakutou, he hasn't had the need to. He's been able to achieve everything he's needed to without using it.

yup, the reason he doesnt release it in the game is because it would be a spoiler for the manga readers if he did. everyone who hasnt shown their zampakutoh in the manga get that increased reiatsu instead, otherwise all captains except zaraki would use bankai in the game wouldnt they?

THey should have made this game a little later, after the characters developed. I say this because Ulquiorra doesn't even use his sword. Instead of a released form he just powers up.

well, use the nintendo main site. also, in this game, you can only look for the fun of it. But otherwise, i don't recommend it, really.

As a fighting game, it has the least depth available.

lol, I love ho in the game you can fight him in normal mode and win, but in the show he gets his ass handed to him even in bankai mode, and can only really fight with his mask on.
