@Aikidostenudd Thanks for your reply I have foud the move my sensei & the guys in the dojo misnammed it for years as udeosinage but it is actually called "udekimenage" thanks anyways :)
Interesting way to perform kokyuho. Of course the centre is always important but isn't the posture also important? Seeing you do the technique, your back is still relatively straight throughout it seems. But thank you for the video, taught me a concept.
These videos make me so regret that I couldn't make it to your seminar in Gubbängen (not to mention the comments from my dojo mates who made it)... When will I be given another chance? :(
i'm trying to find a move called "yudo sinage, Why can't i find it? does anyone have a correct spelling?" Nice vid by the way

@julzrafpilot, you might try "judo seoinage". Maybe that's what you search for.

Hmmm, seems this gentleman is slipping into 'systema' and away from Aikido...

I find systema very interesting, so I don't mind the comparison. But such soft approaches are part of the aikido curriculum as well.

You're right, posture is very important throughout. In particular, it's necessary to remain in one's center.
