It has a rolling mechanism to drop the weapons vertically, you can see it at about .50-1.30 in this video

No there is not. It lost out to the X-35 which was a far better fighter design. The production designation F-35B will replace the Harrier.
The X-32 will never fly again and has not since 1999.

maybe the f-35b would replace the harrier, if the countrys that invested and made the plane possible would get more than just a f22 with the force of a f16, they dont really fit. plus, bush is a dork

No there is not. It lost out to the X-35 which was a far better fighter design. The production designation F-35B will replace the Harrier.
