Original or not Ace was the first exposure to many of us of the Hard Rock/Metal guitar hero (he certainly was for me, although once I discovered Jimmy Page and Eddie VH in the early 80's they took over.) Dammit, Dimebag had Ace's eye make up tattoo'ed on his chest. No more needs to be said. Ace rules!

Good way of putting it man, I was inspired to play guitar after watching him play New York groove in Largo 1979 with KISS. He is a large influence on my musical style and I play a 3 humbucker les paul just like him.
