  • Sweet. I'll be looking to buy in Clarendon in the future....about 2-3 years. By then the prices will actually be reasonable. A $500K unit by then should be more like $300-350K. Nice.

  • No sympathy for these greedy Yuppies. Now maybe the rest of us real middle-class people will have a chance to buy a home in this ridiculous area.
