No it's an irish bouzouki, A-E-A-D (low to high), I know it's quite uncomon...
I play this instrument because I like the sound better then the greek one, soft and round sound. I use this tunning because I come from guitar and the 3 last strings are the same as guitar. This video is old, I should update it

"Rachenitsa" is a generic name, for the dance.
