@jxxn442 for your information i wasn't trying to be funny i was just laughing out loud. Also at no point did i mention that being middle eastern makes you muslim. Maybe next time you should thorougly read the comment before you reply to it and make insults. DOUCHEBAG.
i saw in another video about the kia mohave that it has a switch that raises and lowers the height of the car. A similar feature the land rover range rover has, i wish you showed it in your video.
@V1RuSy my point is that its a korean made car and out of all religions it seems only muslim friendly, i believe koreans are budhists but i could be wrong.
@dakidakov cool because i have mohave in kuwait too :D but i can't see any button for 4*4 option so i was worried that it might be like gmc envoy without 4*4
Daki, what are the specs for your Mohave on the tires please? The LX V6 in the U.S. are P245 70R17 108. I know there are either wider treads available for the Borrego here so was curious what size you had on your Mohave??

@MrMatani Rear view camera can always be fitted from the dealer for some fee. I do not have the rear view camera and indeed it only comes standard on the Limited V8, but i was told it is no problem whatsoever to have it installed as long as i have the Sat Nav package. I think though that the camera is only needed if you have three distracting kids in the back and have poor coordination..... I really do not feel the need for a cam in my case
Brought by first time on last August 2009 in Colombia. It's for a high class user target. Two versions: gas and diesel. Prices from around USD 60.000. It's really a very equipped SUV.
What i really love is the fact that you can drive with your keys in your pocket, so you can never worry about locking them in the car. and if you accidentaly leave your keys in the car, you won't be able to lock it.
The other two were black. But since it costs 96.000 aruban florins, (price of a new 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house, material and labour.) no one else bought them. And the old guy is like 87 so he doesn't drive it much. i use mine everyday. And everyone loves it. Especially the american tourists. The interior is excelent at night. Everyone allways stops me to have a look at it. and then they go, you own quite a ride for a 20 year old. but the car truly is great. never had a problem with it.
dude i own the exact same colour. but i like your rear lights better, my mohave doesn't have those rear lights. yours look like LED lights. Damn you even have the same interior colour and fabric as i do. The only thing i don't have in mine is the navigation system. Where I live you don't need it, it's impossible to get lost. I was the first owner of the mohave in Aruba, by special order 2008. Then the dealership brought 3 more over and some old guy bought an all white.
In the EU is around 60000 FULLY FULLY FULLY loaded like mine. In Kuwait is a lot cheaper, because in Kuwait the import taxes are ridiculously low, and cars come 2/3 of the price in Europe
I think the car is not for sale in Russia, because it would find very few buyers. In Kuwait People buy big cars and they like the Mohave. But in Bulgaria (My home country) No one is willing to pay 60000 Euros for a KIA, and not to mention the Maintenance costs and Fuel costs. But you can buy it from Europe and import it in Russia. No problem.
Well.... What do you suppose. I like the design more than the Sorento. The Sorento had this feminine touch to it. While the Mohave is massive and more rugged. I like that. Also the LED Taillights, which add a unique look to it. Not to mention it far more quieter, and has more supple ride. Also better materials and more features, but of course higher price for all the toys.
Great review man, very thorough and got all the angles of the car. I agree about the plastic, there's too much industrial plastic in back of the seats and on the dash. If they just replaced all the plastic with a nice leather, it would be a luxury car.
Your car is nice but I think the car looks better in black, i.e. the limited version car. You'd get the entertainment system in back :) It would hide the plastic sort of too, since it would be all dark colors.
Well we wanted it this color because when wanted something different. And my lil sis liked it. It is an unique color. The limited is only available in the US and Korea. And will be a whole lot more expensive. And about the entertainment system we'll buy it and have it installed at KIA as an accessory so my sis can watch her cartoons. But build quality of the car is much higher than competitor's. Even with the plastic. BTW happy you liked the review. :)
It is a nice unique color, especially for the middle east. Have you seen the videos of using the Borrego for off-roading off sand dunes? That's what I think of when I see that color.
Yes i saw the vids. It is an identical Mohave just like ours. We went to the dunes in Kuwait with the Sorento but we have not been with the Mohave. We'll go when the Fall comes, because now it's like 48 Degrees C outside. It's boiling hot...
