You should tell your mom because what you are getting is discharge. You should wear a pantyliner but not everyday because its not good for the skin you know... down there. Just don't wear a pantyliner too often don't worry they are not dangerous. Hope this helped!

Everything will be ok, every girl goes through this and your friends will eventually start their period too And you can first try pads, if you are uncomfortable with them, you can switch on to tampons. @justinbiebertswift Whatever you do you MUSN'T wear tampons to sleep! If you wear a tampon for too long (for example over night) then you're... "area" can get infected. This isn't good and not to scare you but the nurse at my school said that you can die from this infection so DON'T wear a tampon to sleep!!!!
@justinbiebertswift We had our puberty talk at school about six times and every time the nurse or teacher would take about fifteen minutes to remind us of this. Some tampons say on the pack that it's ok but you still shouldn't take the risk. Hope I helped :-)

Periods can start light & get heavier. NORMAL! Sometimes there's more blood & u can leak so change pad as needed. U may go 3-4 hrs w/out changing, so check on much blood flows. Periods can start light & get heavier next day or a few hrs later. Maybe 3-4 days later, it gets lighter so u can use a pantyliner. This happens to all girls; u'll learn to deal w/your period too. If it's your 1st one, it may not come back for a few mos. Pack pads & extra panties in a purse in your schoolbag & it'll be OK

Instead of pads and tampons for your period, you can use a menstrual cup. Its safer than tampons, and you can wear it longer. I have lots of videos about it on my channel.
Here's the thing ladies some girls want it some girls don't. I wanted my really bad because I wanted to feel grown up there's nothing to ashamed of your period is telling you that you are ready to carry life and that you have life in you but not a baby yet unless you are an adult... @111lovepeacejess111 Some girls experience signs for a few months, or a few years. Theres no real way to estimate a date. Just be sure to carry a little cosmetic case with you in your school or camp bag with a few pantyliners, pads & a fresh pair of panties. This way youll be prepared when your period does arrive.
and if u have it some where like at the mall or at the park and it bleeds thru it would be a good idea to bring some dark corored bottoms am i right??

Next, if you are staining, you can wear a thin panty liner. They are so thin, they are unnoticeable you wont feel it like a heavier pad. Aside from swimming, you can wear these comfortably and play any sports.

Please try not to worry. Every girl goes through this! You are not going to bleed so heavy as to have a pool of blood. If you think you are very close to getting your period, you might want to start wearing a pantyliner every day. Also be sure to pack a period kit with supplies liners, a pad or two, a fresh pair of panties (just incase) and put them in a pretty cosmetic bag (or something non-see through). Pack it into your backpack or locker so you will be prepared at school.

Sometimes just before they get their period, some girls will get a white or yellowish stain, others may stain brown, and others will have a first period that is brownish or even red blood. Everyone is different but it is all normal! In a few more periods, it will regulate and there will be red blood from that point on. Also: You really shouldnt feel weird about talking to your mom. dont worry about it, i started yesturday yesturday during lunch, it wasnt as bad i thought it would be, my friends had already started theirs and they were very supportive and dont worrie, there will not be a pool of blood, my pants were covered though, but luckly i had some spear ones becuase i was going round my friends for a sleepover that night!

you guys the actual PERIOD is a 0 on the 1-10 pain scale. however cramps are a 10 my mom told me it feels like the beginnings of contractions during labor and then when i started i totally agree. it HURTS SOOOOO BAD!!!!

@111lovepeacejess111 Some girls experience signs for a few months, or a few years. Theres no real way to estimate a date. Just be sure to carry a little cosmetic case with you in your school or camp bag with a few pantyliners, pads & a fresh pair of panties. This way youll be prepared when your period does arrive.

@bverhoanicka Dont be scared! Every girl goes through this and we all come out just fine. This is a natural, normal part of life and you will be OK. Dont be embarrassed to tell your mom. Shes probably waiting for you to bring it up. She went through this too and understands just what youre feeling.

Next, if you are staining, you can wear a thin panty liner. They are so thin, they are unnoticeable you wont feel it like a heavier pad. Aside from swimming, you can wear these comfortably and play any sports.

I got my period when I was 13.5 at school but it was not a trickle like she says! I didn't tell my mom for three months because I was to embarresed by it. But I have learned know at the age of 14 that you should tell your mom right away it can save you from getting an infection.

Please try not to worry. Every girl goes through this! You are not going to bleed so heavy as to have a pool of blood. If you think you are very close to getting your period, you might want to start wearing a pantyliner every day. Also be sure to pack a period kit with supplies liners, a pad or two, a fresh pair of panties (just incase) and put them in a pretty cosmetic bag (or something non-see through). Pack it into your backpack or locker so you will be prepared at school.

Sometimes just before they get their period, some girls will get a white or yellowish stain, others may stain brown, and others will have a first period that is brownish or even red blood. Everyone is different but it is all normal! In a few more periods, it will regulate and there will be red blood from that point on. Also: You really shouldnt feel weird about talking to your mom. Shes been through all this herself!

If u dont have a pad go ask a female teacher or go to the nurse. if thats to uncomfy go into the bathroom and wad up some toilet paper and use it as a pad. You will feel like something wet and greasy is in ur undies when u start.

dont worry about it, i started yesturday yesturday during lunch, it wasnt as bad i thought it would be, my friends had already started theirs and they were very supportive and dont worrie, there will not be a pool of blood, my pants were covered though, but luckly i had some spear ones becuase i was going round my friends for a sleepover that night!

Not everyone is the same. Frequently it does start as a trickle but there are some young girls who might bleed heavier. It is all normal!
