The bloke has the lap record for a Superbike at Phillip Island. 1:32.6sec. That would have put him in the top 10 on the the grid for this year's Moto GP race. Even Troy Bayliss wanted his autograph. No one should question his talent or ask "Who is Wayne Maxwell?" The guy holds the outright lap ASBK lap record at the island 1,32.2 on something we can buy and build. Stoner was doing 1,31s yeah and his bike is worth 1 million!!! Plus all the support in the world.. And this is not the end of anything, look at Anthony Gobert!

He didnt say there was "No Talent" in moto 2, he said that alot of guys "Buy their rides" in moto 2. This incident is clearly a lapse in judgement from Wayne. He later admitted he was overtaken by his emotions and lost it... Lets face it, who hasnt at one time or another.. he also apologised to Hector, and the FIM for his unsportsman like conduct.. For those of you who dont know him, he can cut the same laptimes as half the MOTO GP Riders on a Aussie Spec Superbike. Very Impressive indeed.
Wayne Maxwell is an Aussie Superbike rider. He is also a current champion and holds a few recards at Phillip Island... if this was your big break into the moto2 world and some no talent idiot takes you out, wouldn't you be pissed off? Yes I agree it was dangerous to hit a person after an accident... but he was angry...
@kezzarod All very good, apart from Hector Faubel is 2007 125cc runner up, as in if it was not for Gabor Talmasci he would be World Champion, not "no talent" by any means. Faubel well and truly deserves his Moto2 ride! It was a racing incident and it was Maxwell who messed up his big break by being a thug.
Glad they are both unhurt in any case.
I'd rather take a wake up on the chin then a fall from a bike.
