That is a juvanile woodpigeon you can tell by its lack of the white neck ring and dark eye with no yellow on it.

There are two wood pigeons in my garden literally all the time. They know where the food is! lol
There are several others too.

He looks just like my foundling bird, Oliver. Where did you see him? I wish I still had Ollie - those are nice birds.
