  • I can't figure out to do the heel-toe on my left foot pedal ( i have an iron cobra twin pedal ), even if I'm using Heel toe on my right foot since 2 months. maybe my left pedal isn't tight enough?

  • can't see anything. more fps please

  • a friend of mine has a DW 7000 its quite nice.... but not as smoth as the TAMA one that Joey Jordisan * or however u spell his name * has

  • drum set- $1500

    drum sticks-$ 25

Dirty white socks wearing since 2004 - Free, found at dumper near the mall. ^^

  • playing barefoot is better than with shoes or sock. imagine drumming with thick gloves on or actually gloves period

  • your okay at the heel toe technique but overall you seriously need to improve your drumming because that sounded liek shit no offense

  • are those the £315 yamaha pedals?

  • flying dragons! yeah belive so

  • i wouldn't pay £315 for them lol

i'm happy with my £265 iron cobras :)

  • haha , lol iron Cobras Are Epic, Im happy with my Pearl Powershifters! goin eliminator soon

  • yes they are ;)

i was gonna get eliminators because of all the different camshaft things but then i realised how lazy i was and dont like to customize pedals :L

  • well i already know which cams imma use! since ive played all the cams in store , man do they feel nice!

  • I sold my powershifters last week and got demon drives =D

  • cool! :) id rather have dw 9000 tho.

  • well to be honest id rather get Trick Pedals :)

  • Axis pedal are cool, they don t suck!

  • Why do you play the pedals without shoes? Is it more practical? Or is just to show better the technique?

  • its more comfortable

  • so every 1 can smell their rotten foot smell.lol.just kiddin....

  • thats really cool. what kind of pedals are you using? Yamaha?

  • WTF?!!! Seriously dude, help me. When you're alternating your legs from L to R or R to L, do you go from heel to toe or toe to heel on your left foot or right foot and then do the same only on the other foot?

  • Heel, toe, heel, toe.

    Let's break it up.

    L = left

    R = right.

    R heel, r toe, L heel, L toe.

  • esta sucio eso :P , pero un poquito de practica y fue xd

  • if you new what the longboards looked like you can tell he is not using them. notice the footplate on the pedal :)

  • you gota hit me up with tips on this. i can't get it workin for some reason. i wish i knew how to..

  • axis longboards sucks. pearl eliminator's are better

  • which is why pearl came out with the demon line to get their take on axis...

  • low fps ;(

  • are you even usin longboards?

  • you dont need long boards to heel toe!!! just sayin... but yeah i have regular pedals and it still works..

  • gotta wear socks though haha. I can only use heel toe on my reg pedals with socks. Give me shoes and im doomed!

  • sounds like chiodos lol

  • fucking nice.

  • english please omego

  • Is it just me

or did i hear the beat from

Ruin by Lamb Of God??? ;]

    impressive man =].

    keep it up =].

  • lol it sounds like it around :40 haha nice vid though your really good with footwork

  • eso se como hacerlo, le pille el truco lo q pasa esq hay q practicar mucho jejeje

    estoy en ello jejje, mola.

    Good Job

  • where can i buy those socks dude? i like the white ones like on this video... those pedals really want to bond with those clean white socks on my feet rather than the old ultra violent disgusting socks of mine... lol

  • lol lmfao

  • can you teach me how to use double peds?

  • do u use HHTT or HTHT ???

  • its HTHT

right heal, then right toe, then left heal, then left toe

watch tim watersons video about it, it helped me alot

  • isnt this the technique that Virgil Donati uses?

  • virgil uses the pedal slide

    more power more controll

  • oh ok cool

  • googd enough!

  • Good !

  • thanks, you must be a big Chris Adler fan, dude, put some shoes on, and get out of your mommys basement!!!

  • ur fuking camera is like shit u just see white things moviin very fast

  • Im not kidding when i say this but when i watched this vid.. something smelled bad...

  • k, I don't understand, do you need longboard pedals to do heel toe?

  • not really

i do it with pdp 612c's which have pretty small boards

    and i wear a size 13 shoe

but its deffinitely easier with long boards

  • you can do it on any pedal with any size foot, you dont really hit it with your heel, you just bring your foot down then rock it forward on the way up for the second strole. id recommend learnign the pedal slide instead of the heel toe though

  • dam your feet move lol

  • eww ur feet smells bad =D...jzt kidding nice dp

  • bad video quality... but i can hear those things that youve been doin and i think its lil good.

  • practise to have the great fill of ruin you started and that cool but get practise to this song

  • was that Ruin by Lamb Of God i spotted in there haha good song. im pretty sure heel toe involves your heel, you hit your heel and the bottom of the plate, then you hit the top of the plate with your toes, thats what i do, it does the same thing as your technique but the pedals are more expensive because its easier on longboards haha. good vid and nice technique.

  • snare is lil off coolnes but i like ur techniqe

  • nice playing :)

Only one thing: your snare sounds shitty ;D

  • this is too choppy to learn anything

  • thats not heel toe?

  • interesting...

  • my feet are to big and cant move fast enuff to do that so i got the axis long board

  • your doing really good bro

    keep it up

  • do u need a certain kind of pedal for this like the axis longboard

  • nope, u can do it with every single pedal in the world, it all depens on the motion of ur feet

  • @mikytx182 actually thats ot rue. i have a cheap pedal that sticks everytime u push it down. There is no one who could do heel toe on dat

  • it SOUNDS good...

but your camera is way too crappy for us to see properly.

  • ur foot skills are good...

    thats about it...

  • i cant do it :( there doesnt seem to be enough foot space on my pedal to do that.

  • it doesnt matter how big ur foot is, its all about the motion ur doing

  • How r u seated? Wat angle are ur legs bent at? Where to u shift ur weight towards?

  • do you really need ankle weights to make it faster?

  • its a hole motion

  • lol no u dont need ankle weights to make it faster..... all u have to do is remember to have ur heal up as high has u can so when u come down u have a harder hit and faster hit and have ur toes pointing up when ur heal hits the pedal so u can have a fast upstroke..... i might have said it weird but u will know what im talking about when u try it.....

  • the dw 9000 pedal is like 800$

  • yo man ur a beast dude get a dw pedal u can be like 23455634634676537458467857635646345.5 times faster

  • those*

  • wtf

  • my anus seems to be itchy

  • what a coincidence mine too

  • oh!! goody another person!

  • hey dude, where did u buy that so white socks?

  • your pretty good

  • man, your FAST!!

  • how nuch is your pedal?

  • im not sure cuz it was a gift, but i think its around $200

  • for the technique you go heel toe.

do you do both on one foot then both of other.

    or heelR heelL ToeR ToeL??

  • i do both on one foot then on the other

  • hey what double pedal do u have???

  • its a yamaha dfp8110

  • nice work eh

  • i dont mean this in a bad way or any disrespect but y dont you jus learn doubles normaly

  • so how exactly does this technique work?

  • u hit the pedal with ur heel and then with your toe and u get 2 sounds out of one motion, chek out heel toe technique there is a lot of vid explaining how to do it

  • at 42 seconds..was that a verse from ruin?

  • almost

  • wow, thats awesome

  • sweet! i play heel toe too.

  • yamaha stage custom =D

  • thanks a lot =) , its a yamaha dfp8110

  • Nice Playing I just bought a double foot pedal What is the best kind of heads?

  • it depends on what do you like

  • I want some thing that sounds good The ones i have now are Remo UX And they have a lot of ringing

  • u still not answering my question

  • Metal, Sorry

  • I think you should train just without the drums, i mean when you are sitting anywhere just move your feet up and down real slow

  • If i go slow it isnt that hard but at the time i go in speed...im fucked xD

  • walk before you run.... practice, the speed will come.

  • How do i start man? i really apreciatte that you can help me to increase the speed without losing my rithm, when a start kicking my left foot and pedal hit at the same time that the right one, what i can do to reduce this? =S

  • try doing it slower then when it gets confortable speed it up a bit

  • bit sloppy in sum bits

  • go slower start at a slower tempo like say 200 bpm which is the same as 100 bpm exept 200 does eigths and just play regular eigths than switch to heel toe keep praticing that for a while and u should get it down and dont try going fast unless u can get it slow
