It isn't, though. Take a look at the textures, lighting, ect. The NDS doesn't support any of it, and couldn't do it in soft at so much as 15FPS. The models might be based on in-game models, but they look like shit anyway. The only things on the trailer that look good are guarunteed fake.

This is ingame graphics, the creaters used the R3D Graphics Engine witch allows them to double the Ds's graphical abillity, just do some research on google ign etc. Btw, if you think the ds isnt able to have graphics this powerfull, search the trailer for kingdom hearts 358/2 days (yes it's ingame graphics). The ds graphics arent crappy anymore, that was in 2006 buddy, get yourself updated before you talk.

I've seen KH. If you mean the cutscenes, they're prerendered. The in-game graphics, which are also shown in the trailer, aren't impressive at all. Worse than the original Nanostray, even.

You can't just snap your fingers and make things magically look better. Running a NDS game at 60fps using high resolution software filtering and mipmapping is just not possible. It's a 66+33hmz system with no texture accel beyond unfiltered bilinear mip in distant objects.

You can't just snap your fingers and make stuff happen. A CPU can only run so many processes in a second, and there's no way to go over that without overclocking, which again only does so much; very little.

And yeah, KH is pretty blocky and pixelated, actually. It doesn't even look like it has AA on it, which has been a standard feature in NDS games since Mario 64.

The only way, and I mean the ONLY WAY to do filtered textures on NDS is through software. The hardware DOES NOT support, nor lend it's self to it. Doing so would be a WASTE OF CPU POWER. It would require that the game be COMPLETELY UGLY and LOOK LIKE SHIT.

Looks more like PSX to me. And it will be as pixelated as any NDS game, as NDS only has 320x240 squares of colour on it's screen. As in, the physical screen has that many squares of colour.(pixels, they're called.)

Those are FMVs. Prerendered stills streamed to the player. That means it's 2D. There are some things the system can and can't do, and while I'm not saying no NDS game can look good, as I believe that the system can do great visuals, there are some things it just can't do, period.
