    Why shouldn't a woman teach how to build big arms? If she got the knowledge. The most trainers of olympians are not that sportif.

    And many pros don't know anything about the human body. The know how to hit the weight and swallow supps. They must bulk up and cut. That is very bad for your healht. So leave this girl alone.

  • @WasGibtsLeute Well said and it applies to many subjects. I had a BRILLIANT piano teacher who didn't play very well, but he knew how to get me to develop very good skills.

    Maybe this woman has the biceps she wants (very little) but she knows the mechanics.

  • Ok so I'm 37, never been to a gym, never worked out properly. On the plus side I'm 6'6", 220 lbs and pretty strong. When I squeeze the bathroom scales with both hands I can get it to read 266 lbs. My biceps currently measure 19" when tensed. I got long forearms that kinda look skinny, and I want shoulders like Sid Vicious/Justice of wwf fame! Can anyone suggest an easy to follow workout to make some use of my starting size?

  • Problem with doing shoulder press that way is that it only hits the front delt, I know there are a whole host of isolation exercises that will do the 'rear' and 'middle' part of the delt but I like doing it with the conventional grip i.e. the weights are not perpendicular to you.
